Ma. Angelica Lei G. Bautista
Chief Executive Officer
Edutech is her passion. A 4th generation leader, she currently serves as the 6th president of the Philippine College of Criminology, founded by her great grandfather, Supreme Court Justice Felix Angelo Bautista. She is also the founder of Abakada Studios, an edutech company bridging her backgrounds in education and IT. With a career spanning enterprise sales at global tech firms like Fujitsu, Red Hat, and Konica Minolta, Lei has also worked across industries including HR, finance, and the academe. A former professional musician, she now focuses on integrating education, gamification, AI, and cybersecurity to drive innovative learning. She holds an EMBA from AIM, batch 2023.

Dominic Ligot
head, PRODUCT DEVELOPer
A data analyst, researcher, and technologist focused on using AI and data for social impact. Founder of CirroLytix and Data Ethics PH, his work addresses human rights, public health, food security, and disinformation through data science and AI. A three-time NASA/ESA Space Apps global winner, he also serves on international AI safety panels and co-leads national efforts in data science education and ethics.

With over 25 years of experience across corporate and entrepreneurial settings, I am a dynamic and innovative leader with deep expertise in security and infrastructure, P&L management, product strategy, and business transformation. I specialize in designing technology programs, streamlining operations, and driving strategic growth through data-driven decision-making. My cross-functional experience enables me to align diverse stakeholder goals, execute on strategic initiatives, and deliver impactful, forward-thinking solutions that improve efficiency and boost performance.


Engels antonio
head, partnerships & Linkages
A seasoned technology leader with over 30 years of experience in cybersecurity, open-source systems, and digital transformation. He serves as Director General of the Bluepoint Institute and holds key advisory and consultancy roles with the Philippine Public Safety College, the National Cyber Training Institute, and the Philippine National Police. A certified Red Hat engineer and longtime Fedora Ambassador, Engels is known for his pioneering work in Linux education and national cybersecurity capacity building. He also teaches in the Master in Cybersecurity program at the Asian Institute of Management and continues to champion ethical, open, and resilient digital systems across government, academe, and industry.
