History of PLI
The PCCR Leadership Institute (PLI) is the academic and professional training arm of the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR), one of the country’s pioneers in criminology and criminal justice education. PLI was founded to expand PCCR’s mission by preparing not only law enforcement professionals but also thought leaders in cybercrime, digital forensics, cybersecurity, and public safety leadership.
Responding to the demands of the digital age, PLI offers specialized and industry-aligned programs in cybercriminology, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and the digital economy. These programs are designed for both students and working professionals, ensuring that academic knowledge is directly applied to real-world challenges.
Since its establishment, PLI has collaborated with local and international experts, government agencies, and private organizations to keep its curriculum current and future-ready.
